Fantastic, charming, stylish, exceptional, and tastefully renovated Villa with a lot of craftsmanship and attention to detail. This property consisting of three beautiful, high-quality holiday homes with a capacity of up to 14 people is made for your perfect and relaxed vacation. The Villa has been renovated by the current owner over a period of several years with taste, style and love which bring in it completely new splendor and life. The result is a successful ensemble, consisting of three unique residential units plus a pool house.

The manor Villa Charlotta offers a harmonious mixture of Istrian down-to-earthness, old and new building materials, Mediterranean flair and a skilfully used mix of different furniture, accessories and living elements. Here you will find in perfect harmony old and newly designed furniture, both of them for holiday objects extremely rare high quality!

Villa Charlotta is the perfect place for larger groups of up to 14 people, as well as for smaller groups or families looking for something special due to the different accommodation units.

The main house

Offers three double rooms each with its own bathroom, one single room, one guest toilet, two beautifull living areas with lounge sets and SAT-TV, a perfectly equipped modern kitchen, terraces and balconies with sea view and offers place for seven people.

The guest house

Offers two double bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own bathroom, on the ground floor a kitchen with living room, small toilet, a total of four additional persons.

The guest house

Offers a fully equipped studio apartment (double room, kitchen, bathroom) for two persons.

The pool house

Offers a sofa bed for one person, toilet, and direct exit to the pool area with outdoor shower, and a fridge for drinks next to the pool.

Possibilities

As an insider’s tip, especially for well-kept white wines, applies the immediately adjacent winegrower Radovan, where you can buy and taste wines directly from the production site. On request, the villa’s own yacht with skipper and mooring is available for charter. Prices and conditions for day trips, as well as long-term charter, we ask individually to inquire directly with us.
